My May & June 2025
I still owe you two monthly reviews before I have to write about July.
I'll be honest: I can't really do May anymore. It was ages ago. I'm always happy when I still know my name the day after I wake up.
Anyway, one thing comes to mind: May was dominated by thinking about gifts for my youngest. And that's not easy, because you have to think about it for everyone else who is giving gifts. And then there was the children's birthday party that had to be planned. That's better thought out than going to a Coldplay concert.
June was much the same. I was planning gifts for my eldest daughter's birthday. That's what happens when you insist on having children so that they are born in quick succession in the summer. It's your own fault.
But: In June, I was also on vacation. One week in Italy with the caravan. This time, we had energetic support in the form of friends. And so there were five little rascals who made sure that the vacation wasn't too relaxing. But²: It was really fun. It was a wonderful time.

What I liked recently
Games
If I played anything “properly,” it was Old Skies on the Nintendo Switch. A great time travel game.
Movies
I continued watching the Bourne series, which I started again. I also finished the series. I think. However, I'm not sure about “Jason Bourne.”
I watched “The Neverending Story” with my children. A great experience, even today.
I watched “The Gorge” again (kind of cool) and “Argylle” (kind of stupid).
TV
In May, after finally sleeping through the entire seventh season of “The Rookie”, I started watching “LOL” Season 6 (Germany), “Long Way Home”, “The Last of Us” Season 1 (again) and Season 2, and “Stick”.
“Stick” is currently my favorite.
Apps, music, and YouTube... yes, those categories would also be included in the review, but as I said... I would have to spend so much time gathering everything together — really — I don't feel like it. 😂
